Product Description

Main motor and back gauge control axis

1. The Y1 and Y2 axes are slider travel control shafts that control bend angles.
Two magnetic gate rulers (Y1-Y2) are installed at both ends of the machine, which are used to determine the exact position of the slider and the workstation. The grating ruler is connected to the work table so that the elastic deformation of the column does not affect the positioning of the slider. The slider displacement data is immediately fed back into the CNC system, which can measure and output servo valve control signal.

2. The X-axis is a rear stop control shaft that controls the bend-over dimensions. For X-axis, an imported servo motor is used that drives the ball screw with a synchronous toothed wheel. The two back gauge claws are always in sync during movement. The transmission is smooth. The precision is high with low noise.

3.The R-axis is the control rear stop lift shaft. When required it is moved by a servo motor, and the rear stop can be lifted and lowered as needed.

4. The work station adopts mechanical compensation device, which makes the angle and straight line after bending to reach the best condition by making the center overall deflection compensation of the work station.

5. The rear stop material uses HIWIN straight guide rail and ball screw.

6. The structure of the back gauge is beautiful and reasonable, the rear bezel frame is milled from a thick plate, no welding, all with screw connection, can fully guarantee the operation accuracy, easy to repair. The back gauge mold beam is strong and not easy to distort or deform. There are two straight guide rails and two sets of lifting and fine-tuning devices on the beam to correct the bend accuracy.

7. The front support frame adopts a double straight-line guide, ensuring quick and stable adjustment, can be lifted and lowered freely.
 

Hydraulic System

1) The oil pump adopts Japan NACHI high-pressure inner tooth pump which can withstand high pressure but low noise.
2) Cylinder: 45# steel toned treatment. The inner hole is processed with fine boring, honing.
3) Pistons: 45# steel toned treatment, outer round chrome plating, fine grinding, vibration grinding.
4) The sealing ring is of German MERKEL brand, with good and reliable sealing performance, ensuring long life.
5) The system shows clear and intuitive oil level height.
6) Hydraulic system is divided into coarse and fine two-stage filtration, with high filtration accuracy.

Slider

1. Upper dynamic bend design, with smooth work, easy and safe to operate.
2. At the bottom dead point, there is a pressure delay function to ensure the accuracy of the work piece.
3. The slider has a large stroke range. And the double parallel tolerance is 0.02mm.
4. Under the relevant national standard conditions, the bend angle accuracy can reach 30'.
5. With the function of slow rebound control, the operator can control the work piece easily.
6. If choose the Y-axis control state, operating the electronic hand wheel can allow the slider to move up/down arbitrarily.
