Characteristic of XINMECHAN V Groover machine
* The seat and beam are designed with a frame structure. The work surface uses 50mm low alloy high strength structural steel. The beam has alloy steel oblique gears and the moving speed can be adjusted.
* Work-pieces are fixed by pneumatic clamping system with strong clamping force, fast work.
* The tool consists of 3 sets of knives, which reduces the deformation of work-pieces and is optionally equipped with a micro-cooling system, which can extend the life of the tool and reduce the cost.
* The knife frame transfer device uses silent ball screw rod and QR roller heavy-duty linear guide to ensure high accuracy.
* The process can be completed by the control procedure, the processing speed can be adjusted by the knob, and the system can alert to abnormal conditions.
* Both vertical and horizontal processing are available, and only manpower is required to deliver and remove work pieces during processing.
